"Fast Lane" as told

This was one of the very first tracks that I produced with the Vintage Yamaha Rmx1. One of the first digital groove machines. It was loaned to me by a great friend of mines John P. Comer. It was the first machine I ever used that took me away from Fruity Loops as my go to sequencer. For simple in design but complex in sound modeling. Who ever did the sampling did a wonderful job, very rich!
The lyrics to the track bear the same essence as the track itself. I describe my life over the years over a rich bass line, sharp snares, and a ambient synth. Boasting lines such as "tryna get the hell up outta here, ripping through the atmosphere, I'm looking in my rear view, the World screaming."
Take a journey through small snapshots of my life, Peace!
Cause in the Fast Lane, Life moves to fast, betta hope that whoop dont bitecho ...... Fast Lane
Ayo, Ayo,
Life so fast, 2 years past
since my lil girl touchdowned from a 9 month pass.
8 whole years since the Highschool grad,
14 years since she whooped my ass.
I dont really wanna get old too fast,
at the speed of Life tryna stop the growth path.
So I move slow, but at the same time thanking to much, gradually uping on the clutch.
Tryna get the hell up out of here, ripping through the atmosphere
Im looking in my rear view the world screaming,
Damn Swag, you the best that I ever had
my very first, and very last, Damn
Don't leave me, I need you like Stevie,
Wonder need his glasses, I'll give you masses
on top of masses, keep dropping them classics,
I swear these beats need Aspirin, Damn
In the fast Lane, Life moves to fast
betta hope that (Whoop) don't bitecho
Yeah Yeah, we living in the fast lannnneeee ane e ane
